Licensed since 1994, Thomas Multhaup possesses expert knowledge of the Atlanta Real Estate Market. With experience selling as a freight broker in Germany, Thomas brought his selling expertise to Atlanta in the late 80's and joined Morris & Raper Realtors in 1999. His most successful venture as a Morris and Raper Sales Agent has been his involvement with the historic Healey Building downtown Atlanta – An office building to residential condominium conversion. His strong management and selling skills have molded him into a competitive, persistent, patient, and knowledgeable sales manager.

In November 2001, Gail Raper, Owner/CEO, entrusted Thomas with launching Morris & Raper InTown, Morris and Raper's general brokerage division. As the vice president/managing broker for Morris & Raper InTown, Thomas implements his extensive skills by supporting his independent agents in the day- to- day operations of the resale office. He also is responsible for training new agents, keeping his agents up to date of market trends and recent legislature, and supervising the in-house staff. Since his successful opening of the resale office in Midtown Atlanta, Thomas has broadened Morris and Raper InTown's presence in the Atlanta market by opening two satellite offices in 2005.

Thomas possesses a German degree in Business Administration and 2 years education in communication from Georgia State University.
